FAQ
Do artists receive royalties or compensation?
Yes. Artists are compensated for the use of their work. They have agreements in place with the manufacturers and distributors. Out of respect for their privacy, we are not involved in or able to share the details of those arrangements.
I love your products, but I don’t want to be disrespectful. Is this cultural appropriation?
This is a very common and thoughtful question. The products we carry are created in collaboration with Indigenous artists who want to share their work and make authentic Indigenous design accessible to everyone.

Are your products made in Canada?
All of our products feature original artwork by Indigenous artists, and many, but not all, are made in Canada.
- Paper products are typically printed in Canada
- All Wall Art and Limited Edition artwork is made in Canada
- Many jewelry pieces are handcrafted in Canada
- We work exclusively with Canadian suppliers

How long does delivery take?
We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Occasionally, especially during busy seasons, an item may be temporarily out of stock or in transit to us. In those cases, shipping may be delayed by up to 7–10 days.
Once shipped, most North American deliveries arrive within 7–10 days. Rural areas may take a little longer, while orders within British Columbia or Alberta often arrive more quickly.
Please note that courier timelines are outside of our control, especially during peak seasons. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us.
Why are your shipping costs high?
Shipping costs have increased significantly across the industry. As a small business, we do not have access to the deeply discounted rates offered by large retailers.
To get the best value, we recommend ordering multiple items at once, as shipping is more cost-effective on larger orders.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used or damaged, is still in its original packaging, and is in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Tariff Information for U.S. Customers
We are happy to share that we are once again shipping to the United States.
Due to new U.S. tariff reporting requirements, we now calculate and submit any required tariffs in advance.
