The Indigenous First Nations of the Northwest Coast of Canada define themselves as Salmon people. They consider the salmon to be extremely important gift from the creator and they honour its sacrifice in special potlatch ceremonies each year. This is the spirit fish being honoured.
Glass ornaments are 75mm in diameter and are individually packaged in a matching box featuring the design and information about the art.
